The two companies are expecting synergies through strategic cooperation, including securing global competitiveness through technological cooperation across the blockchain-related businesses that each company is pursuing and actively responding to the domestic and overseas token security issuance (STO) platform market.

In addition, we plan to solidify our position as a leading domestic company and develop together as a global leading company by collaborating with each other on future technologies, such as joint research on the domestic central bank digital currency (CBDC) market.

Recently, ITcen Group has been strengthening its expertise in building blockchain services, led by Cloit, a cloud-native technology-based IT service provider. Cloit, which has know-how in building clouds in the public, financial, and enterprise sectors, is laying the foundation for synergy with ITcen Group affiliates in the WEB 3.0 market based on the latest cloud technology capabilities.

ITcen Group is also securing market and technological capabilities in the blockchain field along with affiliates such as ITcen, Ssangyong Information & Communication, Comtech Systems, and Securen. In addition to signing an MOU with Busan City for the 'Busan Digital Asset Exchange establishment and operation project', △ an agreement to expand the real-world linked asset (RWA) business with Ginco, a Japanese Web 3.0 specialist company △ GreenX, a Malaysian token stock exchange. The company is quickly participating in the blockchain-based digital asset market by signing an agreement to expand the STO business with Saudi Arabia's Al Sharif Group Holding and Imperial Holding. In addition, we are improving our technological competitiveness as a professional developer by taking charge of the Hana Securities STO system construction project.

Sigma Chain is evaluated as having opened the Korean 4th generation blockchain market by completing mainnet version 4.0 developed with its own technology.
