LBSPAY (represented by Nam Ki-Young) and SIGMA CHAIN (represented by Kwak Jin-Young) have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a collaborative relationship through business exchange and strategic partnership for mutual development.

According to officials, "SIGMA CHAIN plans to create synergy by combining the digital platforms of both companies through a strategic business partnership, including the integration of LBSPAY's payment system with SIGMA CHAIN's mainnet, DAPP provision, and their own NFT marketplace, Owner Market."

They further stated, "Through this collaboration, LBSPAY aims to expand the scope of cooperation by integrating fintech businesses to activate the blockchain payment system and realize the consumption and preservation of digital assets, thereby contributing to the activation of another digital ecosystem."
